Minimal effort and ready made meals ready.  When you don’t have time to cook I will gladly cook for you!  Choose from the list of food options below or if you have a craving let me know I will make it for you!

Salads

Caesar Salad- Romaine lettuce tossed in a creamy Caesar dressing made from scratch.  Topped with freshly made croutons and shaved parmesan cheese.  Add on chicken or shrimp to make your salad a hearty meal.  Available vegetarian and dairy free!

Kale & Cabbage Salad- Ribbons of kale and red cabbage in a ginger, sesame soy dressing

Asian Steak Salad- With romaine, mango, bell pepper, basil and scallions

Apple, Bacon and Pecan Salad- with garlic balsamic vinaigrette

 

Soups

Italian WeddingMini meatballs in chicken stock with noodles and spinach

Gumbo- Louisiana classic chicken soup with sausage and seafood

French Onion- Rich beef and onion broth topped with fresh crouton and melted cheese

 

Pasta & Rice Dishes

Herby Pasta- Mixed fresh herbs in a oil and garlic sauce.  Add chicken and bacon!

Spaghetti & Meatballs- Pork and beef meatballs mixed with panko breadcrumbs served in a mixed vegetable tomato sauce

Spinach & Grape Tomato Pasta- in an olive oil sauce.  Add chicken and bacon!

Lemon Garlic Pasta- with chicken and basil

Ramen Risotto- Risotto cooked in a rich ramen broth.  Topped with pork, bacon, egg and nori

Chicken & Mushroom Risotto- Creamy chicken and mushroom risotto.  Add bacon!

Dirty Rice with Shrimp- Ground meat mixed in rice with Cajun spices and shrimp

 

Mains

Brick Chicken- Whole marinated BBQ’d chicken.  Very flavorful!

Rottisserie Chicken- Whole chicken slow roasted with herbs and potatoes

Coq Au Vin- Chicken, mushrooms and potatoes simmered in a white wine sauce

Chicken Parmesan- Lightly fried chicken baked in tomato sauce and melted Italian cheese

Spicy Garlic Chicken- Chicken thighs in flavorful garlic serrano chile sauce

Stir-Fry- Crisp vegetables in a sesame soy sauce.  Add chicken, beef or shrimp.  Served with white or brown rice

Roasted Chicken with Seasonal Vegetables- Crispy skinned chicken breast roasted with seasonal vegetables in a light white wine sauce
